Independence Residents Directory is a privately run reference to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections concerning Independence, Kentucky. It does not host government records and is not connected with Kenton County, any Kentucky agency, court, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or anything found through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
Independence Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Its content and linked search results are not consumer reports. They must not be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.
4. Links to Outside Sites
